(TSX VENTURE:MLN) ("Marlin" or the "Company") announces that Mr. John Brownlie has resigned from Marlin's board of directors. The Company's board of directors is now comprised of Messrs. Akiba Leisman, Mike Liddell, Jesse Munoz and John Pontius.
On June 12, 2015, Marlin welcomed Mr. Jesse Munoz as interim COO of the Company replacing John Brownlie, Marlin's former CEO and COO. Mr. Akiba Leisman assumed the role of interim CEO at the same time.
