Government of Canada supports the 10th Harmony Bazaar: Festival of Women & Song
LOCKEPORT, NOVA SCOTIA--(Marketwired - June 23, 2015) - Department of Canadian Heritage
Gerald Keddy, Member of Parliament (South Shore-St. Margaret's), on behalf of the Honourable Shelly Glover, Minister of Canadian Heritage and Official Languages, today announced a financial contribution of $11,000 to the Harmony Bazaar: Festival of Women & Song Society.
This funding is being provided under the Canada Arts Presentation Fund. It will allow Harmony Bazaar: Festival of Women & Song Society to host the 10th edition of the music festival from July 10 to 12 in Lockeport. The lineup includes 17 performances of music and dance by women from various provinces and the United States, as well as workshops and art exhibits that are open to the public.
