Ad-hoc-Announcement pursuant to Section 15 German Securities Trading Act
United Power Technology AG: Change in the Management Board
Eschborn, Germany, 27 June 2015 - United Power Technology AG today
announces that Oliver Kuan will resign as Chief Financial Officer and
Management Board member of the Company for personal reasons with effect of
30 June 2015.
The Company will take the necessary measures in order to find a successor
shortly. As current finance director of United Power Group, Mr. Zhong
Jiayang, will take over all responsibilities concerning finance, reporting
activities and general Investor Relations matters on an interim basis.

'We respect Mr Kuan's decision and want to thank him for his long lasting
support and invaluable contributions to the Company. We wish him all the
best for his future', states Mr. Wei Song, Chairman of the Supervisory
