SBS Announces New National/Network Revenue Chief

Joe Mackay to Direct Company's Network and National Sales Efforts


MIAMI, July 8, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SPANISH BROADCASTING SYSTEM, INC. ("SBS") (NASDAQ:SBSA) today announced the appointment of Joe Mackay as Executive Vice President of National and Network Sales. Mr. Mackay had previously served as VP/General Manager of WLEY-FM, the SBS owned and operated FM outlet serving the Chicago market.

In his new capacity, Mr. Mackay will oversee the revenue efforts at AIRE Radio Networks, the syndication and selling platform comprised of over 100 top Spanish-language radio stations throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. In addition, Mr. Mackay will direct all national spot sales for the major-market SBS radio outlets in coordination with McGavren, the Company's national sales representative.
