Austin Pain Associates Welcomes Devin B. Peck M.D. as Its Newest Physician

Brings a Strong Background in Research and Academia


AUSTIN, TX--(Marketwired - Jul 9, 2015) - Austin Pain Associates (APA), the leader in pain management in central Texas, is pleased to welcome Devin B. Peck, M.D., as the newest physician to join its 10-office practice. Dr. Peck is board-certified in both Pain Management and Anesthesiology through the American Board of Anesthesiology, and brings a strong background in research and academia to APA. He practices at APA's offices in Kyle, Manor and South Austin, Texas.

Dr. Peck completed his residency in anesthesiology at the Weill Cornell Medical Center and subspecialty fellowship training in pain medicine at the New York Presbyterian Hospital Tri-Institute Fellowship Program: Weill Cornell Medical College, Hospital for Special Surgery, and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.

Before joining APA, Dr. Peck was an Assistant Professor at Weill Cornell Medical Center in New York. In addition to his clinical practice, he also served as the Director of the Tri-Institute Pain Fellowship Program. The program has a history of producing some of the field's greatest pioneers and finest clinicians, and is nationally recognized as one of the most prestigious pain fellowships in the country. Dr. Peck also served as Director-at-Large for the New York Society of Interventional Pain Physicians.

He uses a multi-modal approach that combines minimally invasive fluoroscopic and ultrasound-guided interventions with targeted medical therapies, along with physical therapy and other consulting specialists when appropriate.
