Result of GM and Class Meetings
At the General Meeting of Downing Structured Opportunities VCT 1 plc
("GM") held today, all resolutions were passed.
Each of the scheduled class meetings failed to obtain a quorum and so each meeting was adjourned. The adjourned class meetings will take place on Friday 10 July 2015 at Ergon House, Horseferry Road, London SW1P 2AL as follows:
Ordinary Share Class meeting 10:00 am
A Share Class meeting 10:05 am
B Share Class meeting 10:10 am
C Share Class meeting 10:15 am
D Share Class meeting 10:20 am
