Update regarding the ongoing merger process of Troax Group and Troax Corp

The merger of Troax Group AB (publ) (”Troax Group”) and Troax Corp AB (publ)
(”Troax Corp”) with Troax Group as surviving company is continuing according to
plan and the Swedish Companies Registration Office today announces notice to
Troax Corp’s known and unknown creditors.
The merger

On 18 June 2015 it was announced that the board of directors in Troax Group and
Troax Corp had initiated a merger process with Troax Group as surviving entity
whereby Troax Corp will be merged into Troax Group. Following the announcement
of the merger plan made by the Swedish Companies Registration Office as well as
the period to request a general meeting in Troax Group in respect of the merger
has expired, the application to execute the merger plan has been submitted to
the Swedish Companies Registration Office. Therefore, the Swedish Companies
Registration Office today announces notice to Troax Corp’s known and unknown
creditors.

The deadline for filing a dispute as regards the application is on 10 September
2015, and if no dispute is made, the merger plan will be registered and the
merger process will be completed.
