Just Finance Loans & Investments Plc : Issue of Debentures

 

The directors of Just Finance Loans & Investments Plc (the "Company") are delighted to announce that a number of holders of the 8.25% Secured 2017 Debentures of £1 per unit nominal value have chosen to reinvest the interest due for the six months to 30 June 2015. The Company has therefore issued a further 48,600 Debenture Units 2017. This takes the total issued to date to 2,048,264 Debenture Units.
