Dividend Announcement Update
The Company refers to the announcement of the dividend declared by the Company on 8 July 2015 at 11.53 a.m. and would draw shareholders' attention to the announcement released by the London Stock Exchange at 7.54 a.m. today, 13 July 2015, the full text of which is set out below.
The Company advises shareholders that the Company still intends to pay the dividend to shareholders of record Friday, 17 July 2015.

1. MCT was marked 'ex dividend' for on Exchange trades from the start of business on 2 July 2015. On 8 July 2015 the Company issued an announcement stating the ex-dividend date as 16 July and the record date as 17 July 2015.
2. All on Exchange trades in the period, 2 July 2015 until close of business 10 July 2015, where MCT had been marked as 'ex dividend' shall be treated as 'ex transactions', in accordance with Rule 5200.
3. MCT will be marked as 'cum dividend' for all market maker prices and trades on and including 13 July 2015 until close of business on 15 July 2015.
4. Member firms should ensure that dividend claims are settled accordingly.
