Star Navigation Announces Extension of Private Placement

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - July 17, 2015) - Star Navigation Systems Group Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:SNA)(OTCBB:SNAVF) ("Star" or the "Company") announces that it has received permission from the TSX-Venture Exchange ("TSX-V") to extend the expiry date of its previously announced private placement (see Press Release June 25, 2015).

The closing date will now be on before August 29, 2015.
