Government of Canada supports growth of Shawinigan microbrewery
SHAWINIGAN, QUÉBEC--(Marketwired - July 17, 2015) - Canada Economic Development for Quebec Regions (CED)
The Honourable Denis Lebel, Minister of Infrastructure, Communities and Intergovernmental Affairs and Minister of the Economic Development Agency of Canada for the Regions of Quebec, today announced that Le Trou du diable microbrewery has been granted financial assistance for the acquisition of equipment to increase its production capacity and productivity, which will facilitate the company's expansion into international markets.
This support is being awarded in the form of a $427,000 repayable contribution through CED's Quebec Economic Development Program.
