Augusta Holds Unscheduled Meeting


TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - July 20, 2015) - Augusta Industries Inc. (TSX VENTURE:AAO) (the "Corporation"), a developer and marketer of patented non-intrusive sensing systems, is pleased to announce that the Vice President of Operations of its wholly-owned subsidiary Fox-Tek Canada Inc. ("Fox-Tek") was in Alberta last week for a two day visit. The trip was in response to a request from an oil company operating in Alberta who expressed an immediate need to better understand the Corporation's technologies and capabilities.

Allen Lone, the Corporation's President and C.E.O. commented "The technical meeting between the Corporation's representative and the representative of the oil company was successful as the Corporation was able to provide answer and to the company's immediate needs and issues. The meeting was also able to assist the company with its plans to mitigate future systemic issues of that nature. This unscheduled meeting is indicative of the industry's constant changing needs in general and the ability of the Corporation's technology and services to adapt to and address these constantly changing needs."
