Continental Precious Minerals Inc. (TSX:CZQ) (the "Company", or "Continental") is pleased to announce the appointment of Jing Peng as the Company's Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Peng is a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant. He has worked in public accounting for the past nine years providing financial services primarily to junior exploration companies.

The Company thanks Mr. Larry Tsang for his services to date as the Company's past Chief Financial Officer.
