its Voting Rights on Hansa Group AG, Genthin, Germany, have exceeded the
3%, 5%, 10% and 15% threshold of the Voting Rights on July 16, 2015 and on
that day amounted to 17.51% (this corresponds to 9015992 Voting Rights).
