Buccaneer Gold Corp. Reports That it has Commenced an Action in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice Against Xtra-Gold Resources Corp. and Mark McGinnis

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - July 22, 2015) - Buccaneer Gold Corp. ("Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:BGG) reports that it has commenced an action in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice against Xtra-Gold Resources Corp. and Mark McGinnis. In the action, Buccaneer claims against the defendants damages for breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty and for an accounting of profits from the sale of alluvial gold recovered from the Banso and Muoso Mining Leases in Ghana. Buccaneer seeks damages in the amount of $5,000,000 plus further amounts and costs to be determined at trial.
