Orbite Mourns the Death of Christian Van Houtte


MONTREAL, QUÉBEC--(Marketwired - July 23, 2015) - It is with tremendous sadness that Orbite Technologies Inc. (TSX:ORT)(OTCQX:EORBF) ("Orbite", or the "Company") announces the passing of Christian L. Van Houtte, distinguished and long-time member of its Board of directors.

Mr. Van Houtte joined Orbite's Board in 2009 and served on a number of its committees. His distinguished career included the position of President and CEO of the Aluminum Association of Canada for 18 years and Senior Vice-President of Aluminerie de Bécancour (ABI). He has also held senior management positions with the Montreal Construction Association, Société de développement de la Baie James, Canadair, and Northern Electric. He was also a consultant to the Commission of Inquiry on the Exercise of Union Freedom in the Construction Industry, better known as Commission Cliche.
