Edgenuity's Instructional Services program is now pre-approved to be used by student-athletes to fulfill their academic requirements.

Edgenuity's digital curriculum is also pre-approved for use with district teachers. Although districts must submit the details of their implementation for NCAA review, they do not need to submit the curriculum. Rio Rancho Cyber Academy (RRCA) in Rio Rancho, New Mexico uses Edgenuity's NCAA approved curriculum to provide online learning opportunities for middle and high school students in grades 6-12 with their own teachers.
