1. On 23 July 2015, Mr Dirk Rossmann, Germany, informed us that he revokes
his notification dated 4 March 2015 issued on his own behalf that his
voting rights in Deutsche Beteiligungs AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, fell
below the threshold of 25%. The reason is that, since 1 October 2014, Mr
Rossmann no longer exerts a dominant influence on Rossmann Beteiligungs
GmbH.

2. On 23 July 2015, Mr Dirk Rossmann, Germany, informed us that he revokes
his notification dated 2 April 2015 issued on his own behalf that his
voting rights in Deutsche Beteiligungs AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, fell
below the threshold of 20%. The reason is that, since 1 October 2014, Mr
Rossmann no longer exerts a dominant influence on Rossmann Beteiligungs
GmbH.

3. On 22 July 2015, Mr Dirk Rossmann, Germany, informed us pursuant to § 21
(1) WpHG (German Securities Trading Act) that his voting rights in Deutsche
Beteiligungs AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, fell below the 25%, 20%, 15 %,
10%, 5% and 3% threshold of the voting rights on 1 October 2014 and on that
day amounted to 0% (corresponding to 0 voting rights).
