Davis brings specializations in multi-site management, revenue enhancement, financial reporting, new business development, vendor relations, and training to the firm. Based in Dallas, she reports to Toni Rials, regional vice president of Pinnacle's North Texas and Arkansas territories.

Davis brings over 19 years of multifamily experience to Pinnacle along with a strong propensity for cultivating relationships and elevating bottom line results. She joined the company from Spectrum Properties where she created strategies to mentor leaders, improve teams and manage expenses as part of the executive leadership team. Her entrepreneurial approach to success was also advantageous in her high-level positions at Post Properties, Alliance Communities and CWS Corporate Housing.
Davis is an active member of the Texas Apartment Association and Downtown Dallas, Inc. Other professional associations include Corporate Housing Providers Association, North Texas Relocation Professionals and Employee Relocation Council. She is a Certified Corporate Housing Professional and Licensed Loan Officer.
