Promotional Marketing Advantages Expands to Rochester, MN

ROCHESTER, MN--(Marketwired - Jul 28, 2015) - Promotional Marketing Advantages Inc. recently announced their expansion from La Crosse, WI to Rochester, MN this month. The grand opening of this additional location will mark the continuation of the company's growth into four offices since 2013. The move to Rochester is predicted to open up an additional eight to ten full-time positions in the organization. Promotional Marketing Advantages, or PMA, an in-store marketing firm representing some of the nation's top providers of satellite television, attributes much of the organization's success to its top management team. Market Manager, Stephen Oates, joked that the key to building a long-term career in the organization is the "Positive Mental Attitude" that forms the foundation of PMA's approach to customer interaction and employment development.

In addition to positivity, PMA is currently celebrating the promotions of Skyler Lloyd and Tyler Schmidt from the Chicago Regional Leadership Summit that was held on June 17, 2015. Promotional Marketing Advantages Inc. believes in promoting employees from within the company by providing in-house management training for individuals looking for the opportunity to build long-term careers. Having completed his training, Lloyd will be taking over as acting Market Manager in La Crosse, WI at the beginning of August 2015. Schmidt, the newly appointed Assistant Manager, will be travelling to Rochester with Oates as PMA expands into the new market. Oates remarked that he was pleased to have Schmidt along with him on the transition, stating, "Tyler is loyal. He respects the opportunity and is working for it. He takes ownership of what he has to do to be successful." In order to facilitate the growth necessary to meet their additional expansion goals in 2015, Oates and Schmidt will be running a management program in the Rochester office.
