Reterro Appoints John Deal President, Chief Commercial Officer


PLEASANTON, Calif., Aug. 17, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Reterro, Inc., an emerging green remediation leader in eliminating hydrocarbon contamination from soil and ongoing waste streams, announced today that John Deal, Jr., has joined the Company as President and Chief Commercial Officer.

Mr. Deal brings three decades of experience in environmental management, consulting, engineering and remediation to Reterro. His background includes high-level work with state and federal regulatory agencies, the private sector and both investigation and remediation of nonhazardous and hazardous waste sites.

Mr. Deal comes to Reterro after more than 20 years with Environmental Resources Management (ERM), a global leader in environmental, health, safety, risk, social and sustainability services. While at ERM, John held various executive-level roles, most recently serving as CEO of North America and Global Managing Partner, Key Client Program. Prior to ERM, Mr. Deal spent more than four years with Laidlaw Environmental Services, a major commercial hazardous waste-management company providing waste storage, treatment and disposal of both nonhazardous and hazardous waste. With Laidlaw, Mr. Deal served as Vice President of Landfill Operations and Manager of Regulatory Affairs for the U.S.

Mr. Deal holds a B. S. degree in Agricultural Engineering from Auburn University.
