Betterman specializes in representing office tenants in all aspects of their facility relocation, including renewal objectives. He also provides commercial real estate and brokerage services throughout the Puget Sound region with an emphasis on the downtown Seattle market.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce, Betterman worked at Northwestern Mutual, Entercom Broadcast Group and ADP, where he served as Seattle's District Manager. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from the University of Denver in 2009.
