egetæpper a/s has received notification that Mads Eg Damgaards Familiefond has transferred its shares in egetæpper a/s to MEDF Holding A/S.
A holding company has been inserted between Mads Eg Damgaards Familiefond and egetæpper a/s, which has become the owner of the shares previously owned by Mads Eg Damgaards Familiefond.
MEDF Holding A/S owns 100% of the A shares (330,340 pcs.) and 29.7% of the B shares (682,610 pcs.), representing 38.7% of the total share capital and 71.3% of the voting rights in egetæpper a/s.
