GATINEAU, QUÉBEC--(Marketwired - Aug. 26, 2015) - Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) wishes to advise motorists of a periodic lane reduction on the Chaudiere Crossing on August 27, 2015, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. due to Hydro Ottawa's conduit repair project.
This reduction will affect the Gatineau-bound lane. Traffic will be permitted in both directions. One northbound and one southbound lane will remain open at all times.
The east sidewalk will be closed. Pedestrians and cyclists will be rerouted to the opposite sidewalk when required.
The schedule may change due to weather conditions.
