Main Pulze, Inc. Acquires Camino del Rey to Convert Into Congregate Living Healthcare Facility

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwired - Aug 26, 2015) - Main Pulze, Inc. (http://mainpulze.com), a developer and operator of Community-Based Continuous Care Facilities (CBCCF), has announced that they have acquired Camino del Rey as well as all assets for an undisclosed amount to convert it into a congregate living healthcare facility.

Main Pulze has a specific focus on medical related endeavors and investments. The acquisition of Camino del Rey will accelerate the efforts of Main Pulze as it seeks to bring a more personal and formal approach to congregate living healthcare facilities, subacute, and assisted living care in an intimate, comforting setting.

Main Pulze's mission is to increase the number of options for congregate care throughout the state of California by acquiring beautiful properties, and also by employing competent, caring, and well-trained individuals who are responsive to the needs of their patients, their families, and the communities that they serve.

Each staff member exceeds the state of California educational and training requirements for the services they provide. Main Pulze encourages and supports continued education of each service provider. In turn, the agency provides staff with competitive compensation, an inviting work environment, and knowledgeable, trustworthy management and direction.

The Camino del Rey acquisition is just one in a long list of recent acquisitions that have been made by Main Pulze as the company seeks to expand its presence in congregate living healthcare facilities, subacute nursing, and medical assisted-living facilities across California.
