In this role, Paquette will oversee the enablement practice of BrainSell's ever-increasing client base. BrainSell hopes to increase mindshare amongst existing customers and constantly improve their own customer service capabilities.

The Customer Happiness Manager position will be focused on calling clients throughout the project cycle and post implementation. In addition, the CHM will interface with accounting upon renewal and assist in the renewal process of our on-demand and cloud solutions. The CHM will act as an overall advocate for BrainSell's clients who will interface with other customer touch points -- assuring the customer has a constant voice.
