(TSX VENTURE: KEK) (OTCQX: KEEKF), a leading global mobile video social network featuring a unique 36 second video format with over 74 million registered users, further to its announcement dated August 14^th 2015, today announces the commencement of its integration with the Personas social commerce platform which is expected to be complete in 4 to 6 weeks.

Personas' proprietary platform consists of, amongst other things: an integrated mobile wallet; self-serve advertising portal; several million advertisers; over 100 million SKUs in inventory; and patented interactive ad units. Personas interactive ad units will provide both targeted cost per impression and targeted cost per action based advertising revenues to Keek. The integration of the Personas platform will allow for both native and aggregated ads within the Keek service. The Personas integration is an integral part of Keek's wider user monetization strategy which will also include in-app purchasing and other revenue generating programs.

Keek also announces the release of its new iOS app which features a number of enhancements including the integration of Facebook's Audience Network. Facebook's Audience Network will connect Keek iOS users with over 2 million active advertisers on Facebook by allowing Facebook to display its ads to Keek users. Audience Network was originally unveiled by Facebook at its F8 conference in April 2014, the same conference where Keek was featured one year later for its Keek for Messenger product as part of the Facebook Messenger platform launch. Earlier this month, Facebook announced it is expanding Audience Network's ad unit offerings to include auto-play video, a natural fit for Keek as a video centric platform.

The Keek iOS app version 4.8.1 is available for download in the Apple App Store.
