NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - September 01, 2015) - B&H Photo is excited to share the announcement of the Lumix G Vario 14-42mm f/3.5-5.6 II ASPH. MEGA O.I.S. Lens and the Lumix G 25mm f/1.7 ASPH. Lens for Micro Four Thirds, as well as a V-Log L Function Activation Code for the DMC-GH4.

The Panasonic 25mm f/1.7 is a fast prime lens with a 35mm equivalent focal length of 50mm. The f/1.7 maximum aperture allows for smooth out-of-focus areas and for shooting in low-light situations. This compact lens weighs just 4.4 oz, and measures 2.05" long. It incorporates a fast-action stepping motor for quick and quiet autofocus. Two aspherical lenses and one Ultra-High Refractive index lens help prevent spherical aberration and distortion.

The new version of the Panasonic 14-42mm f/3.5-5.6 lens is more compact than its predecessor, weighing about 2 oz less and measuring more than a half an inch shorter. The lens is also compatible with the newly implemented Dual I.S. feature found on the GX8, thanks to its built-in MEGA O.I.S. stabilization.

This flat profile increases the GH4’s dynamic range from 10 stops to 12 stops, while making it easier to color grade.
