GATINEAU, QC--(Marketwired - September 01, 2015) - Canadian medical marijuana producer, Hydropothecary, today announced that Health Canada has recently approved a new licensed space for the company’s state-of-the-art cannabis oil production/extraction lab. The company also noted positive results for initial content and quality tests of Hydropothecary’s cannabis oil.
The news cements the Quebec-based company’s position as a leader in the emerging cannabis oil industry.
The newly licenced space covers a genetics containment room and oil production laboratory. The new oil production lab uses a best-in-class supercritical C02 oil extraction machine. This also expands Hydropothecary’s existing research and development facilities.
