SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwired - Sep 9, 2015) - Gametime, the leader in mobile on-demand sports ticketing, and Bleacher Report -- the top digital destination for team-specific sports content and real-time event coverage -- have announced an exclusive new partnership designed to help sports fans find and purchase last-minute tickets to their favorite games specifically on their mobile devices. Leveraging deep linking technology to create a seamless in-app experience, Bleacher Report now integrates Gametime content into team specific news streams and schedule pages for all major professional and college sports of its top-rated Team Stream™ app .

Bleacher Report's Team Stream will feature ticket options based on the user's favorite sports teams starting from 48 to 72 hours before each home game and running into the start of the event. By tapping on a ticket themed article, users are directed to the appropriate event page on the Gametime app displaying available tickets for that team. Users can then check out with a streamlined, two-swipe purchase experience.

"Mobile is the future of sports ticketing and has rapidly expanded across the country, getting more fans into their favorite games faster than ever," said Colin Evans, Chief Revenue Officer of Gametime. "By teaming up with Bleacher Report and integrating with their popular Team Stream app, we're making live sporting events tickets even more visible and accessible to fans on-the-go."

Supporting the exploding last minute, on-demand economy, Gametime and Bleacher Report aim to help more fans get into the game through its relevant, timely in-stream prompts. Creating a seamless experience, the new partnership is among the first to implement deep linking to direct users to event-specific pages within the Gametime app, greatly advancing the user experience and promoting installs, increased engagement, and purchases.

"We pride ourselves on being the mobile leader for sports fans seeking the most comprehensive news and information surrounding their favorite teams and topics and this partnership with Gametime will only enhance that experience," said Dorth Raphaely, general manager of Bleacher Report. "We're glad to have this opportunity to partner with Gametime in offering this new feature to our passionate fan base."

Gametime and Team Stream mobile apps are both available for download for iOS and Android devices at the iTunes and Google Play stores.
