USFCR: FEMA Solicits Stretch Wrap Machine for Its Guam Distribution Center

Plans to Award Contract to Small Business


WASHINGTON, DC--(Marketwired - September 11, 2015) - The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) issued a solicitation on Sept. 11, 2015 for a request for quotation for the delivery and installation of a brand name or equal Lantech Q400XT shrink-wrap machine in its Guam distribution center. The vendor also must provide on-site maintenance as needed.

This acquisition is set aside as 100 percent small business, which means a vendor that has fewer than 500 employees, and FEMA will evaluate offers based on price.

Vendors must submit quotes to Willie Marbury via email at willie.marbury@fema.dhs.gov by Monday, September 14, 2015 by 11:59 p.m. EST. Proposals must include company name, DUNS number, and point of contact information. The Defense Priorities and Allocation System (DPAS) do not apply to this acquisition.
