The Halifax Marriott Harbourfront Hotel Hosts 8th-Annual Tee Off for Tots

HALIFAX, NS--(Marketwired - Sep 14, 2015) - Helping others is indeed its own reward. But the 8^th-Annual Tee Off for Tots Charity Golf Tournament has added a few perks to enhance the experience. Hosted by the Halifax Marriott Harbourfront Hotel, the tournament will welcome golfers and philanthropists to the Glen Arbour Golf Course on Wednesday, October 7, 2015 for a day of golf, dining and endless fun.

Tournament guests will benefit from this Halifax Harbour hotel's extensive experience in planning seamless events. Tee Off for Tots will begin at 8:30 a.m. with registration, followed by a shotgun start at 10 a.m.

While golfers may playfully compete against one another, the real winners of the day will be the patients of the IWK Health Centre. On behalf of the Children's Miracle Network, the IWK will benefit from the funds raised by the tournament. The hospital serves as a specialised care facility for women and children in the Maritime region and served close to 300,000 patients last year alone.
