LONDON, ON--(Marketwired - September 14, 2015) - iLOOKABOUT Corp. (TSX VENTURE: ILA) ("iLOOKABOUT" or "the Company") announced today that Ms. Carla Nell, current President of Municipal Tax Advisory Group Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of iLOOKABOUT Corp., has resigned in order to accept the position of Vice President of Municipal and Stakeholder Relations at the Municipal Property Tax Assessment Corporation ("MPAC"), commencing on October 19, 2015.

The Company also announced that, until a final decision has been made with respect to Ms. Nell's successor, Mr. Jeff Young -- President and Chief Executive Officer of iLOOKABOUT Corp., will serve as Interim President of Municipal Tax Advisory Group Inc.
