Major oversubscription of CybAero’s preferred issue

CybAero reported major oversubscription of its preferred issue with a value of
approximately SEK 65 million. CybAero is exercising its overallotment option in
light of the high demand from both new and existing shareholders, bringing in
approximately SEK 75 million for the company before issue expenses.
CybAero has completed its fully underwritten preferred issue with pre-emption
rights for existing shareholders.  The final tally shows a total of 8,959,584
shares subscribed for with pre-emption, equivalent to approximately 97 percent
of the new share issue. In addition, applications to subscribe for shares not
based on warrants were received for a total of 7,915,130 shares. Consequently,
the subscription rate of the new share issue came in at 182 percent, resulting
in oversubscription of the preferred issue.

In light of the high demand from both new and existing shareholders, CybAero’s
board of directors resolved to exercise its overallotment option by virtue of
the authorization from the extraordinary general meeting and issue 1,500,000
shares, equal to approximately SEK 10.5 million.

“We are proud of the great interest shown in CybAero. The share issue gives us
the opportunity to further strengthen our market position and continue making
strategic investments in system integration and production. We would also like
to extend a warm welcome to several new shareholders in the company,” says
Mikael Hult, CEO CybAero.

The new share issue increases CybAero’s share capital from SEK 27,745,819.50 to
SEK 43,868,728.50. After the new share issue, the total number of shares of
CybAero will be 29,245,819.
