She is responsible for leading Yello's marketing activities, working closely with the Sales and Account Management teams to scale growth, increasing brand awareness, and ensuring organizations understand how Yello enables them to connect with great talent.

With nearly 15 years marketing experience, Schuster has established a reputation for developing and executing unique marketing programs that support high growth companies, particularly in the realm of technology. Prior to joining Yello, Schuster was vice president of Marketing for, in charge of all online and offline marketing efforts. A member of the leadership team, she oversaw all lead generation and nurturing programs, public relations, social media, business development and client communications.

Schuster also has a proven track record as an entrepreneur. She founded and successfully exited a nationally recognized online publication that reviewed eco-friendly products and services. Known as Ecoscene, her company was acquired by in March 2010 where she assumed the role of director of Marketing and SEO. Earlier in her career, Schuster held positions at DLA Piper and The Chicago Bar Association. She holds Bachelor and Master of Arts degrees in public communication from American University and has served as an adjunct marketing professor at Columbia College Chicago.
