Bezons, September 28th, 2015 - 7:00 am - RIBER, the global specialist for molecular beam epitaxy (MBE), is announcing an order for a research MBE system with IPVF (Institut Photovoltaïque d'Ile-de-France).

Delivered in 2015, this research system will be IPVF's first MBE equipment.

IPVF is a partnership between public and private interests and is accredited under the French label of "Institute for Energy Transition", focusing on photovoltaic research. This new MBE system will strengthen IPVF's capabilities in the field of high efficiency solar cells.

The Compact 21 system was chosen for its flexibility and its ability to develop complex and high quality materials.

This new sale to a leading laboratory confirms RIBER's strong positions on the MBE research market.
