Will Oversee Real Estate Practice Thriving on New Digital Storytelling Approaches

BOSTON, MA--(Marketwired - Sep 30, 2015) - InkHouse Media + Marketing, a public relations and content marketing agency for the digital age, today announced that Susan Elsbree has joined the company's growing real estate practice as vice president. In this role, Elsbree will lead the agency's real estate and urban affairs presence, reporting to Senior Vice President and Chief Content Officer, Tina Cassidy.

Elsbree comes to InkHouse with more than 16 years of experience at the Boston Redevelopment Authority, the city's planning and economic development agency, where she created and executed complicated messaging and public relations strategies during one of Boston's most prolific development decades. As director of communications at the BRA, she oversaw communications for every development and planning initiative in the city of Boston from 1998-2014, including the redevelopment of South Boston's Innovation District.

"We are grateful to add such a seasoned professional to our team at InkHouse who can provide strategies for media relations, digital communications, storytelling, branding and so much more," said Cassidy. "But on top of all of that, Susan is personally passionate about urban planning, design and development -- and it shows. Our clients -- which now include more than a dozen leading real estate clients -- will benefit from that passion along with her know-how and network which are second to none in this market."

Elsbree's civic engagement includes volunteerism as a member of the Friends of Boston Latin Academy. In addition, she is a board member of Temple Ohabei Shalom in Brookline, the first synagogue in Massachusetts which was founded in 1842. She enjoys spending time riding her bike, gardening and exploring Boston's hidden neighborhood gems. She is a graduate of University of Massachusetts Amherst.

"I was drawn to InkHouse because it's filled with smart people who have one foot in the future," said Elsbree. "We're one of the fastest-growing PR firms in the nation, largely because we're on the leading edge of PR and content strategies that are showing real results for clients in the noisy and crowded real estate arena."
