Vornado Leases 168,000 Square Feet at theMART in Chicago to ConAgra Foods, Inc.

PARAMUS, NJ--(Marketwired - October 01, 2015) - VORNADO REALTY TRUST (NYSE: VNO) announced today that it has completed a 15 year lease with ConAgra Foods, Inc. for 168,000 square feet at theMART in Chicago. This space will become ConAgra Foods' new corporate headquarters.

theMART is one of the world's largest commercial buildings encompassing 3.6 million rentable square feet, spanning two city blocks, with unique 200,000 square foot floors. This headquarters lease with ConAgra Foods reinforces theMART's transformation into the home of important technology and office tenants in Chicago's River North submarket.
