The existing owners of EBS & Radcliff Economy will continue as financial and operating partners in the businesses and there will be no change in the day-to-day management.
Founded in 1936, EBS and Radcliff Economy are leading marine suppliers of diesel fuel, lube oil, supplies, and terminal services to the commercial barge transportation industry on the Upper and Lower Mississippi River and Gulf Coast. The Company's six strategic locations are based in Wood River, IL; St Louis; MO; Wickliffe, KY; Memphis, TN; Baton Rouge, LA and Mobile, AL.
