IRVINE, CA--(Marketwired - Oct 5, 2015) -  RAMOIL MANAGEMENT, LTD. (OTC PINK: RAMO) announced today that the company is negotiating a distribution agreement or acquisition deal with the manufacturer of the first all-in-one HIV/STD home test kit, CleanVD®.
