On 19 December 2014 Odfjell SE entered into a Total Return Swap (TRS) agreement with DNB Markets. The TRS comprises 5,891,166 A-shares and 2,322,482 B-shares. The TRS was extended to 5 October 2015.
Today the expiry date for this TRS is extended to 5 January 2016, with agreed strike prices of NOK 24,79 and NOK 23,75 respectively.
After this extension Odfjell SE owns no shares in Odfjell SE.
