Siyata Receives First Purchase Order from Israel's Largest Technology Retail Chain, BUG

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Oct. 6, 2015) - Siyata Mobile Inc. (the "Company" or "Siyata") (TSX VENTURE:SIM) is pleased to announce that it has received its first purchase order from BUG, Israel's largest technology retail chain, to launch Truckfone in their outlets nationwide.

BUG is Israel's largest retail chain for mobile devices, computers and IT products - renowned not only for its size, but also its unmatched market reputation with a network of 76 branch stores in all major shopping malls and a host of other prime locations throughout the country. This is the first time that a Siyata device is being launched in a retail environment and the initial purchase order equips all the select outlets with inventory.

With Mobile Phones representing BUG's fastest growing categories, BUG has formed a strategic co-operation agreement with Golan Telecom, a leading Israeli Mobile Operator, who has assigned BUG to sell subscription packages at BUG store locations and recommends BUG as a preferred retailer of handsets and accessories.

Marc Seelenfreund, CEO of Siyata commented, "We are honored that BUG requested to launch Truckfone, as this shows the strength of our connected vehicle devices that are relevant both for corporate and now also retail store sales. Like our other commercial relationships, we believe BUG is another new channel to continue to grow our sales in 2015 and beyond."
