Rsam Appoints Senior Vice President of Customer Services

SECAUCUS, NJ--(Marketwired - October 06, 2015) - Rsam, a leading GRC platform company, today announced the hiring of Paul Zymba as its new Senior Vice President of Customer Services. Zymba joins Rsam after a successful tenure at Mendix (platform as a service company), where he had global responsibility for the entire post-sales spectrum and built out a scalable, high-performing consulting, support and customer success organization. Prior to Mendix, at Veracode, he was responsible for global professional services, including Consulting, Customer Support, Service Delivery and Customer Success Management. While at Veracode, Paul created a Customer Success Program that earned the company recognition in a 2013 Gartner Magic Quadrant report.

At Rsam, Zymba will have global responsibility for the entire post-sales spectrum and build out a scalable, high-performing consulting, support, training and customer success organization. His goal is to make every customer successful, maintain high customer satisfaction rates and cultivate product evangelists through a focus on customer intimacy, consistent service and maximizing the business impact of the Rsam GRC Platform.
