New Role Positions Letv for Continued Expansion of Its Content Ecosystem and Strategic Partnerships Leading Up to LeMall Launch This Fall

SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwired - Oct 8, 2015) - Letv, the global ecosystem for the Internet age, welcomes Eric Mika in a newly created role as Senior Vice President of Open Ecosystems, Strategic Alliances and Partnerships. With plans to roll out hardware and content offerings to U.S. consumers later this fall, Eric will play an essential role in delivering a high-quality, seamless experience across all Letv's devices and platforms. Letv is the first truly global ecosystem to offer consumers a premium, connected content experience across every screen -- smart TV, mobile, tablet, computer, cinema and electric cars. The ecosystem becomes a portal through which users can access a vast library of Letv-owned and partner-distributed movies, TV shows and streaming video. "He's an industry veteran when it comes to media both in Hollywood and globally. His demonstrated leadership, international experience and network of relationships spanning the content, digital and mobile industries will play a key role in amplifying Letv's reach in preparation for our stateside launch with LeMall."

Prior to that, Eric was Vice President, International, and Managing Director for Reed Elsevier's Variety Magazine and Senior Vice President, International, for Vivendi-Universal's business units in Europe, which focused on the commercialization of content across digital platforms.
