OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Oct. 14, 2015) - Debi Daviau, President of the Professional Institute of the Public Service of Canada, which represents federal scientists, auditors and IT specialists, will knock on doors tonight in Conservative Minister Pierre Poilievre's new riding of Carleton, urging residents to vote for change and to break with nine years of muzzling scientists, cutting federal public services and attacking labour rights.
