Change of the Security Agent

For the knowledge of the Noteholders, EUR 250 million Senior Secured Notes (trading code TORJ312519, ISIN FI4000049994):

For technical reasons the current Security Agent CorpNordic Holding A/S has asked the Issuer Tornator Oyj a permission to transfer its duties and obligations as the Security Agent to a company Intertrust (Finland) Oy. Both the current and the new Security Agent belong to the same corporate group and constitute reputable Nordic entities. Intertrust (Finland) Oy is a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Finland with registration number 2343108-1.

The Issuer, Tornator Oyj, has given its written consent to the above mentioned transfer, effective 15 October 2015.
