In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company announces that Mr Alexander Ohlsson, has been appointed as Non-Executive Chairman of Project Finance Investments Limited whose Ordinary Shares were admitted to trading on the premium segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and the main market of the London Stock Exchange this morning.
