SD-WAN Leader CloudGenix Showcases the Transformation of IT and Networking Infrastructure at ONUG Fall 2015 and Tech Field Day

With a Software-Defined Enterprise, Organizations Enhance Agility and Lower Costs; Enabling Innovation and Delivery of New Applications

SANTA CLARA, CA--(Marketwired - Oct 28, 2015) - CloudGenix, the software-defined wide-area network (SD-WAN) leader, will be demonstrating how companies can achieve a software-defined enterprise and reap the benefits of application-defined networking, hybrid networks and remote office virtualization at upcoming industry events. In New York University's Kimmel Center on Nov. 4 and 5, CloudGenix will be participating in Open Networking User Group (ONUG) Fall Conference 2015 and Tech Field Day -- events designed to drive innovation and openness in networking.

CloudGenix product demonstrations and presentations at these events will illustrate how customers can use CloudGenix application-defined fabrics to replace the complexity and limitations of legacy routers. Demonstrations will showcase real-life examples of how customers can securely deploy cloud and SaaS applications such as Office 365, AWS and Azure to remote offices, enable zero-touch hybrid WANs and virtualize their remote office networking infrastructure. Attendees will also see how CloudGenix extends VMware's NSX Network Virtualization Platform and Palo Alto Networks' Next-Generation Firewall to create a software-defined enterprise -- from the data-center to the remote office.

"CloudGenix is executing strongly to the vision of replacing legacy fragmented models of networking with an application-defined fabric," says Kumar Ramachandran, co-founder and CEO of CloudGenix. "We are the very first vendor to extend the cloud-like properties of modern data centers to the enterprise remote office by partnering with industry leaders. The tangible benefits of 50+ percent cost reduction in remote office WAN costs, rapid ability to deploy cloud and SaaS applications, and securely micro-segment the enterprise are driving strong customer demand for our solutions."

About CloudGenix
CloudGenix (www.cloudgenix.com) is the software-defined wide-area network (SD-WAN) leader, revolutionizing networking by transforming legacy WANs into a radically simplified, secure, application-defined fabric and virtualizing heterogeneous underlying transports into a unified hybrid WAN. Enabling application-specific, service-level agreements (SLAs), CloudGenix controls network application performance based upon application-performance SLAs and business priority. CloudGenix ION (Instant-On Network) radically simplifies how WANs are designed and managed, enabling customers to build "Networks without Networking" and achieve more than twice the performance at less than half the cost -- leading to a much faster time-to-value once deployed -- and extending datacenter-class security to the network edge. Founded in 2013 by a team that has previously delivered industry-leading products in networking, SDN, cloud, security and web-scale applications, CloudGenix serves world-class financial services, legal, retail and technology organizations. The company is backed by Bain Capital Ventures, Charles River Ventures and the Mayfield Fund and has headquarters in Santa Clara, California.
