At Kontera, he was the executive vice president of Products and Marketing and led product evolution and market adoption of the oft-cited Brand Intelligence suite. Previously, he was the senior vice president of Products and Marketing at Emptoris, where his teams defined and soon led the Strategic Supply Management space (according to both Gartner and Forrester), winning more than 200 of the world's largest enterprise customers and achieving rapid scaling to $50 million in recurring revenues.

Kamon was one of Netscape's earliest team members and initial product managers, where he experienced hyper-growth to 3,000 employees and $400 million in revenues during his four and a half years with the company. He served as chief of staff to Marc Andreessen and later as Products vice president and general manager of an e-commerce business unit. He began his career at Oracle designing custom applications and parallel databases for Oracle's largest clients. GuideSpark's compelling video-based platform has addressed the nagging concern facing the Fortune 500: how to ensure their employee communications serve a multitude of purposes by educating and engaging the workforce.
