Oslo, 4 November 2015: Yara CEO Svein Tore Holsether purchased 8,225 shares on Tuesday 3 November at a price of NOK 393.60 per share.
The purchase is linked to a one-time compensation for forfeited bonus rights in Holsether's previous employer Sapa.
Following this purchase Holsether owns 8,225 Yara shares.
